The service was amazing , I really love the style of the hotel,felt Like I was back in 1989 but in a good way, the decor was classical the service was also classic old worldly. I absolutely loved it Special mention to Abby from the kitchen she is absolutely amazing , her service was so special , she was so kind attentive just overall great Another one was Douglas so professional with a hint of humor, he kept my kids in stitches from laughing, very informative about the area. Well rounded and just amazing person Carol from customer service made sure to find out how our stay is and if we needed anything and if we were satisfied. Elephant hills your staff is amazing , the make the whole stay just absolutely great

Smiles from the staff, always. Nothing was too much trouble. A comfortable bed, lots of hot water for a decent shower and a huge choice of hot options, pastries etc. for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we could see the spray from the Falls from our room but were not bothered by the noise of the many helicopters closer to the Falls. Shuttles into "town" on the hour with lovely aircon as it was hot and humid. Lots of options for outings in the area - the day trip to Chobe is a must.

We absolutely loved the beautiful nature around the hotel. The staff were amazing, so warm and friendly. The view of the Falls from our room was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfortable, towels great and breakfast fantastic.

Stunning scenery, amazing view from bar and restaurant. Lovely and attentive staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Decor is dated but clean and absolutely fine.

Our stay at this resort was very pleasurable. The outlook over the falls is beautiful as are the surrounding grounds which were immaculate. The pool area is a bit out dated but still comfortable with ample loungers and shade. Our room was also outdated but very clean and comfortable. The bar area is very nice with a great outlook when sitting by the windows. The restaurant, including breakfast area, is lovely and airy. Food was great and staff were friendly and professional.

The property had everything you could possibly need- complimentary shuttle, pool, gym, golf course, animals Staff were so accommodating from packing breakfast for our early mornings to dropping us exactly where we wanted to go

Location is close to Vic Falls and hotel has a free shuttle to take you there. Room was spacious and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner was very good with good variety. Grounds and swimming pools are well maintained. All staff amazingly friendly and helpful

This hotel decorates African traditionally nice. It sections into different wings of buildings, which may perplex people if firstly arrived. But the room for each is neat. Picturesque exterior views.
